Configuration Steps
Log into your NexTier Bank account and navigate to Settings, then Account Alerts. Select the account you want to monitor — you can configure different alerts for each account you hold. Choose the alert types you want to activate, set any applicable thresholds (such as a low balance amount or large transaction amount), and select your preferred delivery channels. Push notifications require the NexTier Bank mobile app to be installed with notifications enabled in your device settings.
Changes to alert settings take effect immediately. There is no waiting period or approval process. You can modify, add or remove alerts at any time. NexTier Bank recommends enabling at minimum low balance alerts and security alerts on every account as a baseline protection layer.
