How to Enroll
Log into your NexTier Bank online banking account and navigate to the Statements section. Click "Enroll in eStatements" and accept the electronic delivery disclosure, which confirms your consent to receive statements electronically rather than by mail. Verify your email address — this is where statement availability notifications will be sent. Select which accounts to enroll. You can enroll all accounts simultaneously or choose specific ones.
Enrollment takes effect beginning with your next statement cycle. Any statements generated before enrollment will remain available only in paper form. After enrollment, new statements appear in your document center automatically. You can also enroll through the NexTier Bank mobile app by navigating to More, then Statements, then Enroll.
